Can I change the delivery round a customer is on?
Yes, you can move customers onto different delivery rounds even after the order has processed.
Do I have to use the driver app?
You can easily produce driver sheets and deliver manually. However the driver app is great for notifying that orders have been made.
We only offer collection only, how does that work?
We have a range of collection point reports if you don't offer home delivery. You can also organise collection points the same way as home deliveries.
Can I offer multiple delivery options to my customers?
Yes - based on your distribution method settings you can offer multiple delivery days and collection points for your customer to choose from.
Can I set my own delivery route?
Yes - you can set a custom delivery order when organising your deliveries using our drag and drop route planner. The system is clever enough to remember your most recent set route, prompting you to choose where to add new customers each week.
